After each consultation, you will receive a four weeks of exercises and stretches programmed by your certified trainer to improve your specific-symptoms.
PROGRESS JOURNAL TOOL
Perform your exercise sequence 2-3 times a week and enter your results all from the Progress Journal Tool! Your results will automatically be shared with your trainer for them to analyze.
