Although we believe that our Standing and Seated/Wheelchair Exercise classes are suited for 80% of the MS population, there are some members who do require those classes to be modified for various reasons.

Due to this need, we have created the MS Workouts Programming Coach. This program gives you direct access to one of our Certified Physiologists so that they can help you build a personalized MS Workouts Sequence tailored to your specific needs.

Schedule your online zoom consultation with your certified coach.

Attend your online zoom consultation with your certified coach.

Your Certified Coach will modify the weekly workouts and stretch sessions. Exercises added on by your coach can be accessed through your progress journal.

Perform your weekly exercises 2-3 times a week and write down your results using the online progress journal!

WHAT YOU GET

30-MINUTE ZOOM CONSULTATION

Schedule your Online Zoom Consultation with your trainer so they can get to know you, your fitness goals and your MS Symptoms. They will also send you an email with a summary of your conversation!

MODIFIED WEEKLY EXERCISE CLASSES

After your consultation, your personal coach will add on exercises that you need via the online progress journal. Your coach will monitor your results and reach out to you two weeks after your first consultation to see how you are doing.

PROGRESS JOURNAL TOOL

Perform your exercise sequence 2-3 times a week and enter your results all from the Progress Journal Tool! Your results will automatically be shared with your trainer for them to analyze.
