STRETCH ROUTINES
Stretch daily so as to add flexibility, decrease spasticity, relieve pain, and increase blood flow to muscle tissue.

FOOT DROP SERIES
Increasing the muscular strength of the muscles that contribute to foot drop can allow you to lift the foot higher and for longer so you can walk more easily and safely.


MOBILITY SERIES
The Mobility Series has exercises that are performed from either floor, seated, or standing positions. The Mobility (lite) Series strengthens your lower body using entry-intensity exercises from the seated position.


WEAK CORE SERIES
The Weak Core I Series strengthens your core using entry-intensity exercises from the seated position. The Weak Core II Series uses higher-intensity exercises performed from floor and seated positions.

INDIVIDUAL EXERCISES
The weekly-updated full-body classes comprehensively improve the entire lower body, core, and upper body.

CHALLENGES

Where do I begin once I become a member?
After you've signed up, we will send your Starter Exercise Kit in the mail, as well as your login information for your Online Progress Journal. To make getting started as guided and easy as possible we have created the New Member Orientation. It is 4-week exercise and education course that will allow you to start exercising immediately (even before your Starter Kit comes in the mail). It teaches you EVERYTHING you need to know when it comes to strength training with MS and will get you ready for all of programming and many features that MS Workouts has to offer! The more you learn from this course the better you will be at maximizing your results from your time exercising!

those who use a wheelchair?

How much is a membership?
Strength training differs from other forms of exercise in that you do not (and should not) do it every day. You should only strength train 2-3x a week, with at least one day of rest in between. Each basic exercise session 30 minutes long with rest periods between each workout.
