What is online personal coaching?

Although we believe that our Standing and Wheelchair/Seated Exercise Classes are suited for most members, there are some who wish for a little more modification to their workout routine.

Due to feedback we have been getting, we decided to create MS WORKOUTS PERSONAL COACHING.  Now you can have direct access to one of our certified physiologists who will help you modify exercises, answer questions, and tailor your routine with exercises that target your specific symptoms.

MS Workouts Personal Coaching is only available to active members of MS workouts.

How does it work?

COMMUNICATE YOUR FITNESS GOALS TO YOUR COACH

 

Schedule a consultation, take the fitness assessment, and fill out our in-depth questionnaire

30-MINUTE CONSULTATION WITH YOUR PERSONAL COACH

 

Based on your fitness assessment & questionnaire, your coach can teach you how to modify certain exercises so you can perform your weekly classes more effectively

In addition, they can add exercises to target your weakest areas, via a hidden button designed just for you

FITNESS MONITORING AND TWO-WEEK CHECK IN

 

Perform your weekly exercise classes 2-3 times a week and record your results using the Online Progress Journal for your coach to instantly review

Two weeks after your consultation, your coach will reach out to you in order to make recommendations and add/remove exercises if necessary

MAINTAIN ACCOUNTABILITY & MOTIVATION

30-min Zoom Consultation

Schedule your online Zoom consultation with your trainer where they can get to know you, your fitness goals, and your symptoms.  They will also send you an email with a summary of your conversation

Modified Exercise Routine

After your consultation, your coach will add exercises & stretches that you need (as per your conversation) to your Online Progress Journal.  Your coach will monitor your results and reach out to you two weeks later to see how you are doing and to make any adjustments  needed

Progress Journal Monitoring

Perform your exercise class 2-3 times a week and enter your results into the Online Progress Journal.  Your results will automatically be shared with your trainer for them to analyze

Will a Personal Coach come to my home?


No! Our Personal Coach can only serve you online through Zoom and email.




Is this better than the Weekly Exercise Classes?


No, not necessarily!

The weekly-uppdated exercise classes are designed by our trainers to target your entire body and improve your symptoms.
Your coach will still have you perform the very same weekly exercise classes, but with advice on how to modify certain exercises that are concerning you, as well as programming for you extra exercises & stretches that will target your weakest areas ('finishers').




Will my Personal Coach guide me through an exercise class?


They will consult with you about your workout (before or after), but they will not guide you during the workout itself.




Who is Personal Coaching for?


MS Workouts Personal Coaching is for members who want direct personal guidance. If you're someone who prefers to speak directly with a trainer, or who wants extra guidance, then try it out by booking a consultation today!




Can I only do one consultation a month?


There is one consultation per month available. After one month, you can schedule another consultation.
