"I love MS Workouts. I'm a former college varsity wrestler and was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting MS during my junior year in college (way back in 1991). Over the years, my overall condition has worsened and at this point I struggle, mostly with leg weakness and foot drag, although I'm blessed to still have a fair amount of mobility.
Walking more than a mile or standing for long periods can be a real struggle. Anyway, I was looking on youtube for exercise videos that would address my weaknesses and found a number, but most of them were rather depressing and made me feel sick and hopeless.
When I found MS Workouts, I immediately appreciated Jeff's fitness-orientation, optimism and overall energy. And I saw immediate results. So I joined a few months ago and have been keeping up with the weekly workouts, seeing progress and feeling better about my overall health.
Thank you to the whole MS Workout team. I've recommended this site to others whom I know also have MS." - L.S.
