That's why, in this video, we are going to help you reduce your Foot Drop & Hip Flexors in this mashup exercise class!
DO NOT compare yourself to the trainers in the video. They are there to simply demonstrate the ideal outcome of the exercise, but we want you to begin where you are so you can end up closer to where you want to be!
Instructions: Perform this 3 times per week and make sure you reach muscle-failure before the 1:30 timer expires.
