Weakness and impairment of the muscles around the knees are common in individuals with MS. Therefore, it is essential to include strength training for the hamstrings, glutes, and quadriceps in your workout regimen. If you are dealing with arthritis, the slow-motion steadypace™ technique is a safe option for your joints!

Instructions: Perform this 3 times per week and make sure you reach muscle-failure before the 1:30 timer expires.
