Created by Practical Fitness Studios
After seeing substantial increases in mobility, coordination, and strength with our MS clients at our Practical Fitness studios, we decided to create the most comprehensive online exercise plan for MS available. All of our exercises were designed by Tina Warring, director of Physical Therapy at the Central Texas Neurology Consultants. Each movement is performed using the Steady-Pace Technique, low-impact, high-intensity exercise technique designed to be safe on your body and joints while being effective.
