MS ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP™

AN ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP TO HELP KEEP YOU MOTIVATED

As a member of MS Workouts, you can join a small accountability group with fellow members that will help you get started, stay accountable, motivated, and answer any questions you have about your weekly

routine.

A new group starts every month and is led by Jacqueline Vandergaag, who has been a member of MS Workouts since 2018 and has been able to reduce her MS Symptoms through the Steady-Pace Technique!

How does the Accountability Group work?

COMMIT

 

Every month, a new accountability group will start. Add your name to the list for the month that works for you. Make the COMMITMENT TO BE A STRONGER YOU!

CONFIRM

A few weeks before the accountability groups begins, you will be contacted to let you know that the group is starting and we need to CONFIRM your participation in the accountability group. This just ensures us that you are still able to participate and we will have a full group.

CHECK-INS FROM YOUR COACH

Once your group officially starts, Jacqueline, your accountability coach, will set up a Facebook Group chat welcoming everyone to the group and explain how it is all going to work. 

The first 21 days are so important to starting your new habit!! During these first 21 days, your coach will check in daily giving you tips for success, and encourage and motivate you to keep on track to reach your goal of making strength training a habit.

COMMUNICATE WITH THE GROUP

Each week you need to participate in the group chat and let the group know what days you are planning to workout and how your workout went. 

Remember, the only expectation is that you show up and give your best effort! Perform your weekly exercise classes 2-3 times a week and let your group know once you have done so!

CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS

How long will this accountability group last? It takes 21 days to start a new habit and 90 days to make a lifestyle change.

 

Your accountability coach will walk alongside the group for 90 days and encourage you to become consistent in your workouts and make exercise part of your life.
