We will teach you about our Steady-Pace® technique. After this workshop you will have learned how to exercise safely and effectively while living with MS, so you can strengthen your body and become more independent.

Wednesday, January 9th
Exercise is merely a communication to the body. You grow muscles on rest days and during sleep.
Friday, January 11th
Revisiting the workouts from Monday, and moving forward on your fitness journey.
Today we'll set our goals, find our motivations, and perform a Lower Body exercise and an Upper Body & Core exercise using the Steady-Pace® technique. If getting up and down off the floor is too difficult, please perform the Plank exercise on a bed.
