We will teach you about our Steady-Pace® technique. After this workshop you will have learned how to exercise safely and effectively while living with MS, so you can strengthen your body and become more independent.

Goals, motivation, safe exercise space, and Steady-Pace® strength training technique!
Wednesday, January 9th
Exercise is merely a communication to the body. You grow muscles on rest days and during sleep.
Friday, January 11th
Revisiting the workouts from Monday, and moving forward on your fitness journey.
Recovery Days! Your days between workouts should utilize some type of stretch or movement to get the blood flowing. Always eat from whole foods sources!
